Responded to website and email inquiries within 5 minutes, improving customer satisfaction

Processed 20+ daily MYOB transactions, including payment allocation and income categorization

Implemented email flagging and categorization system to prioritize tasks and clean up backlogs

Cleaned up overdue invoices by backtracking emails and payment records

Created an automatic payment form in Wufoo to confirm enrollment only upon initial payment
